Term of use for Diquence

     Welcome to Diquence. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use 

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your

compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use 

the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

    Certain features of the App, such as Diquence, require a subscription. The subscription fee is $0.99 

for a 1-month period. This subscription is non-recurring and will not automatically renew. After the 

subscription period ends, you will need to manually purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue 

using the features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the 

App. Additionally, you must not use the App to create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on

the rights of others.

    Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect,

use, and protect your information. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of

any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or 

inability to use the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We

reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in

fraudulent or unlawful activities.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates indicates your
